This list is for discussion of polyamory and poly-related issues by people residing, physically or spiritually, in northern California, with a fairly strong focus on the San Francisco Bay Area. It is also, with use of the EVENT: or CLASSIFIEDS: topic tag, the place to announce poly events and activities, and to post classified ads.
Using Sfbay-poly
If you want to post a discussion topic, send it to sfbay-poly@lists.polyamory.org No topic flag is needed. If you want to post an poly event notice, send it to sfbay-poly@lists.polyamory.org and include EVENT: in the Subject: line. If you want to post an ad for a roommate, post your resume, or list information about a non-poly happening that poly folks might be interested in, send it to sfbay-poly@lists.polyamory.org and include CLASSIFIEDS: in the Subject: line. The colon ( : ) is required for topic postings. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Sfbay-poly
Subscribe to Sfbay-poly by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription.
